ToolBox / Sphenoide case update

read this update on the Toolbox/Sphenoide case! written by Boris/Cavage Records / Paris

On wednesday 10th July 2002, the trial brought by Techno + against Toolbox and Sphenoide to kick them off their respective premises took place in Paris.

Techno + claims to the court were “the immediate departure from the premises located 64 rue Jean Pierre Timbaud” and “a fine of 155 euros per day since February 2002”. But the Court of Paris has judged ther ewas no ground for such requests from the non profitable association and has dismissed Techno + of its outrageously excessive claims..

As a result, Sphenoide and Toolbox have 4 months to find other premises and to vacate the place as well as 400 euros to pay over the last rents. This is a small victory and it shows that these go-getter and manipulative associations haven’t got all powers over our microcosms.

What happened shouldn’t be forgotten neither Techno +’s real face, its methods, its politic and the paradox exposed by their pettifogger approach (using justice, the ultimate organ in Babylon) against their official goal : THE DEFENSE OF THE FREE TECHNO SCENE AND ITS CULTURE!!

Jean Marc Priez and Techno + ‘s destabilisation attempts in the pre-trial period were going well, replying to our first mailings and to anyone willing to believe it that Toolbox and Sphenoide hadn’t pay their rents for 2 years (!!!), that they were responsable for bringing around 64 rue Jean Pierre Timbaud a population of dealers and other weirdos, practising disinfomation to the locals and the landlord so that, in any circumstances and regardless of the courtcase outcome, Toolbox and Sphenoide have to shift from the place.

It didn’t work, or just partly, and this thanks to our communication strenght and our networks more established, more grown-up and mature than their association.

Today, Techno + is in free fall : the Parisian office seem to close in perfect symbolical synchronisation with the decline of their main subsidizers VIVENDI (Universal !), Jean Marc Priez, after spending 3 millions francs over 2 years leaves the game and doesn’t take responsability for any events, prefering to leave his under-informed volonteers deal with the situation hiding behind mercantile defenders lke UWe and Technopol (two weeks ago, as the courtcase had already started, informed about the situation and after receiving all our mailings UWe mailed a press release to defend the “down-the-ladder techno”, listing as its spinal cord: Uwe, Technopol and Techno +, no comment).

Techno + also merges with many other associations for risks reduction, small companies hidden in the technoid humanitary, eager for subventions, in a domain for example where Medecins du monde is sufficient and offers an adequate and PROFESSIONAL action profile!

All this to say that Techno +’s menace isn’t just a French problem, justifying if necessary our information approach internationally. Techno + was recently in Belgium for a tecknival, in Spain, in Italy, in Tchec republic, etc.

Don’t forget that Techno + is part of the various state programs on toxicomania, surveillance and repression of drugs use in Europe via OCTRIS and its sub-projects, that their works isn’t just to delivers water and sugar but also reports to the government.

Thanks to all those that participated in the real flood of support and disapproval mails addressed to Techno + after the first mailing, from reliable source, there were many, many, many of you that responded from all countries and it wasn’t vain, this flood of mails has enabled all of Techno volunteers and members to discover the plans of its director, Priez the infamous, who had omited to inform its court of his low Babylonian proceedings.

These mails have also, believe me, given warmth and energy to those that entered the fight against the association and more particularly to Toolbox and Sphenoide.

We have shown that against demagogy and procedures, our network is sentimental and artistic, strong and wide, harcdcore ad intellectual.

DOWN-THE-LADDER TECHNO BASE FUCKS YOU WELL HIGH!
